Follow proper department procedures outlined in Daily's Standard Work Instructions:
Comply with work instructions for all above positions.
Comply with procedures outlined by Department Supervisor/Department Leads.
Understand product specification requirements to ensure quality.
Adhere to slicing specifications Maintain accurate records/counts as needed Strict compliance with sanitation requirements Minimize scrap at all times/ all scraps picked up from floor in your work area Attention to detail/organizational skills Palletize and organize boxes Work at a pace consistent with the required line speed Washing building and equipment as needed and scheduled Keeping all trash and items picked up Assisting in cleaning and maintaining office area Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos preferred.
Ability to write simple correspondence preferred.
Bilingual skills preferred.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers and management required.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations preferred.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS Employee is working in a raw meat area and must be willing and able to handle raw product.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand for 10
hours per day, 6 days per week, be able to move about the facility, use hands to handle, place, control, or feel product, objects, tools, or controls.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to lift 18 lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee works near moving mechanical parts and is exposed to cold, wet and/or humid conditions.
The noise level in the work environment is usually at a level that OSHA approved hearing protection is required.
Must be able to wear all OSHA PPE to work in production area.
WORK SCHEDULE:
The hours and days of work are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management.
Personnel must be able to work mandatory weekends and overtime when required to fill customer orders.
