3K a year NOW Hiring Production Supervisor! We are seeking a professional like you to provide leadership for our Fermentation, Filling, and Packaging operations at the Saint Joseph site.
As a Production Supervisor, you will ensure the safe and efficient operations of the units and have a lead role developing the production team.
You will be a visible participant in the coordination and supervision of all operations activities within the site - in coordination with Supply Chain, Maintenance, Technology and Quality.
This role requires a strong leader, with good communication and skills, to lead and manage the day shift operations.
As a Production Supervisor you create chemistry by Modeling and promoting safe behaviors, in compliance with all EHS requirements, promoting a safe work culture, and ensuring accountability of shift personnel for safety performance.
Ensuring consistent operations resulting in high first pass quality.
Communicating, coordinating, and monitoring daily operations activities, provide daily operating directions, and providing conflict management as required.
Maintaining a culture of collaboration between all departments, ensuring alignment regarding work priorities, schedule, and communicating status with operations personnel.
Driving operational excellence across the production team and facilitating a continuous improvement culture Coordinating the training and development of all production employees Leading troubleshooting and methodical problem-solving activities with the team Your formula for success Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 3
years of hands-on manufacturing / processing experience Experience managing a team with demonstrated ability to motivate and mentor team members Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of mechanical equipment General computer skills including Microsoft Office Collaborative with the ability to work well in a team environment and is supportive of a respectful work culture High safety and quality focus Preferred
Qualifications:
