We are looking for a Director of Operations to join and lead our team of 8 existing locations.
We have plans to add 2 additional locations in 2024 with additional anticipated growth in the future.
The Director of Operations position with Brew Enterprises will report directly to the owner and will directly oversee our District Managers and our current 8 locations.
You will ultimately be responsible for all people, operations, sales, profitability, and food safety results, in each of our Scooter's Coffee location.
This role, and individual, will be expected to continue to build upon our current successes and our current company culture.
You will lead a friendly, service-oriented team, set a high-energy work pace, drives sales, increases profit, and demonstrates an engaged management style.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure consistent and quality customer experiences through proper staffing, execution of brand beverage recipes and techniques, and fostering the Scooter's Amazing customer service experience Ensure that your Direct Reports and Store Managers are maintaining a great store appearance, cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, food safety standards, and equipment Interview, hire, train, and develop staff to demonstrate all company standards in customer experience and operations Provide ongoing performance feedback and development for direct reports, identifying individual motivation factors and providing clear, constructive feedback to reinforce/improve performance Maintain accountability of employees to drive continuous improvements and results Contribute to company profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales and by managing expenses Maintain company standards in personal and store sales/performance metrics Encourage and ensure full team participation in both setting store goals and developing action plans to accomplish goals Ensure all cash handling, point of sale system, safety, and operational procedures are performed in an accurate, consistent manner Maintain daily, weekly, and quarterly financial reports Maintain final accountability for store, district and company operations Assist and partner with owner on future site selection and growth opportunities Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
