Reliable transportation to get to the shop.
Takes pride in doing honest work every day.
Has a minimum of 1 year experience in construction/building.
(preferred but not required).
Has a basic understanding of job site safety.
OSHA 10 certification will be required within 6 months of hire date (we will assist with this).
Can read a tape measure accurately.
Can work hand tools safely with good awareness of surroundings.
Accurately track and note all damaged materials or overages/shortages to be reported by the end of that working day to Crew Leader.
Basic understanding of power tools and how to operate safely.
Can cooperate & execute in anticipation or foresight of the work at hand.
Demonstrates initiative & desire to help/serve.
Framing experience Jobsite awareness Other characteristics that can earn you more:
