- Assist the property manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property - Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants - Assist with leasing and marketing efforts, including conducting property tours and processing rental applications - Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders - Assist with rent collection and financial reporting - Maintain accurate tenant records and files - Assist with budgeting and expense management - Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner - Assist with property inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other service providers Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members - Experience in real estate administrative tasks, including lease preparation, contract management, and tenant correspondence - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills - Proficient in office software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to organize and maintain files, records, and documents in an efficient manner - Upselling skills to promote additional services or amenities to tenants - Strong conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our property management team.
