News-Press TV, LLC a cluster of television stations consisting of CBS, NBC, FOX, The CW, Telemundo and a 24/7 News and Weather channel in StJoseph, MO, is accepting applications for a full-time Technical Director/Promotions Producer.The available position is split between the news department and promotions departmentResponsibilities include; directing live newscasts and operating the audio/graphics board, recording programs and commercials from multiple sources, switching programs on-the-air, accurately logging of all broadcast materials, tagging syndication and network promos, collaborating with the marketing department on various projects, filming and editing occasional news image promos, and performing other duties as neededProficient computer skills are a must for this position as is the ability to think, act, and work quickly, in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing programs is also a mustLive news experience considered a plus.We are a family run company with a strong leadership teamThis position is eligible to participate in a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and disability, PTO, 401(k) and more.Candidate must pass a drug test and background check.References must be made available upon request.EOE Recommended Skills Adobe Creative Suite Broadcasting Editing Leadership Promos Benevolent Apply to this job. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
