Joseph is looking to add a F&I Manager to their team! Provide excellent customer service while selling financing, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers.
Work closely with lenders and maintain strong values while securing loan approvals.
Accurately complete and submit all finance paperwork in a timely fashion while utilizing the checklists.
Maintain and exceed monthly forecast income, penetration levels and CSI scores.
Establish and maintain an exceptional working relationship with finance sources and vendors.
Assist in leading the winning Reed Team by demonstrating our Purpose, Mission and Values with all Customers and Team Members.
