The branded display "Gift Card Mall" is designed as a compact in-store prepaid card destination that holds a wide range of card offerings (500+ in the US). This innovative program provides a turnkey solution for increasing customer traffic and basket size while delivering one of the store's highest profits per square meter. The company also distributes prepaid telecom cards and open loop gift and debit cards while continuing to expand the gift card product categories and channels of distribution.
This person will be a member of the on site Blackhawk Account team responsible for building Blackhawk's relationship with the alliance partner and for developing programs that increase revenue and profit for the partnership.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the day to day operations of partner gift card, telecom, and other pre-paid product programs within the alliance partner
Manage the procurement, distribution and fulfillment of new displays and various promotional programs into the alliance partner banners and stores
As part of the Blackhawk Account team, work with the alliance partner to bring on additional products and services
Work to maximize the success of partner programs at the banner and store level through displays, advertising and promotions
Manage installation and operations of in-store services/merchandising
Understand and manage technical details of various programs and explain key elements to the alliance partner BDM team and banners as necessary
Maintain Direct to Store Delivery files for the alliance partner banners and stores
Coordinate and maintain all updates and changes to planograms with Blackhawk Space Planning team
Knowledge and Skills Required
Strong presentation skills with ability to work at the executive level of organizations
Ability to build trust with clients and close deals
Strong project management and logistic skills with the proven ability to implement programs on time, in spec and on budget.
Ability to understand and manage technical details of various programs and explain key elements to partners.
Comfort with complex and intangible product concepts that are not yet fully formed.
In-depth experience managing installation and operations of in-store services.
Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
Excellent ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects on tight deadlines with limited direction.
High degree of initiative and keen sense of urgency.
Ability to think strategically, formulate action plans, and sell them through to management.
Proficient with various desktop software and marketing technologies, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Experience Required
4 year college degree
5+ years of experience managing retail clients and implementing marketing/merchandising programs
Management experience preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
