Owns brand strategies executed at the individual customer level within key accounts.
Develops and manages the Pet Key Account Marketing projects and activities, such as account specific brand pull-through in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
Develops and maintains command of evolving customers and markets.
Maintains account relationships and invests in collaborations that are aligned segment and brand objectives.
Key Account Team, Marketing Team and Pet Leadership Team are responsible for contributing to the overall direction, strategy, deployment and operational integrity of resources necessary to maximize Key Accounts.
Additionally, he/she will assure alignment of all promotional activities to the brand positioning and messaging.
Tracks revenue and profitability of this business segment.

Duties &
Responsibilities:
Manages day to day tasks. Develops projects and activities and prioritizes efforts to fully maximize greatest potential for BIVI sales and brands based upon marketplace trends, specific account opportunities and BI business needs.
Develops and communicates the annual segment business plan. Manages activities and resources to meet objectives of annual segment business plan, as it relates to Key Accounts and shelter business.
Develops individual customer marketing strategies and contributes to the overall customer sales strategy.
Manages departmental resources to include: financial expenditures, promotional materials, external vendors, agencies, educational materials, etc.
Tracks and reports on business, margins/profitability and performance of KAM accounts and marketing programs. Develops pricing strategy for these market segments.
Serve as primary liaison for KA business across internal business functions, within segment and with sales team. Effectively present new programs and marketing capabilities to KA Team and related departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred.
Eight plus (8 ) years' experience in pharmaceutical industry, animal health or related industry, including two (2) to three (3) years of marketing experience.
Managed markets customer-facing experience (i.e. Account Management or similar) preferred.
Strong analytical skills
One (1) to three (3) years project leadership/management experience
Demonstrated ability to facilitate change and resolve barriers to progress
Demonstrated general understanding of the distribution channels for animal health products.
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to access various functional areas, and motivate groups to action through team building.
Demonstrate high energy level, positive attitude, output driven and team orientated
Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a highly matrixed organization.
History of successful performance.
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook
Ability to travel, including overnight travel. Travel will be higher in the first year of the role.

Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts in order to main BIPI's excellent reputation within the medical and pharmaceutical community.

Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
Must be 18 years of age or older
