Qualifications:
In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions. Specialized
Experience:
Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-09, or equivalent in other pay systems. Examples of specialized experience includes security concepts, principles, and practices to review, analyze, and resolve difficult and complex security problems; apply policy direction to customers; develop guidance for applying security policy, procedures, techniques, equipment, and methods; security classification methods, concepts, and eligibility for access to classified or sensitive information. OR Education:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. NOTE:

You must submit a copy of your transcripts. FEDERAL TIME-IN-GRADE (TIG) REQUIREMENT FOR GENERAL SCHEDULE (GS) POSITIONS:
Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in -grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-09 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-11 level. TIG applies if you are in a current GS position or held a GS position within the previous 52 weeks. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs):
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Knowledge of SCI/SAP security concepts, principles, and practices needed to plan and implement SCI/SAP security procedures for physical, personnel, computer, communications, and information security programs within the organization. 2. Skill in developing, analyzing, and evaluating security programs to meet mission requirements and improve the special access programs for the detachment/unit. 3. Knowledge of required security training concepts, programs, procedures, and practices to develop security education programs and provide training. 4. Skill in effective oral and written communications, using a high degree of tact and diplomacy to include motivating and working effectively with a broad cross-section of personnel, both internal and external to the organization. 5. Ability to establish effective professional working relationships with coworkers and customers, contributing to a cooperative working environment and successful accomplishment of the mission. 6. Knowledge of the intelligence community or experience in the application of Air Force operational intelligence as it applies to assigned programs such as tactical development and training. Knowledge of computer systems and programs associated with SCI and special access programs. PART-TIME OR UNPAID
Experience:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
