MILITARY REQUIREMENTS:
ENLISTED Since the position is temporary in nature, the compatibility requirements will be waived for a period of time not to exceed one year. Selecting official must verify that selected individual is currently assigned to a military unit in the Missouri National Guard and that the selection does not create grade inversion. Technicians will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion). GENERAL
Experience:
Must possess experience, education or training which provided a general knowledge of principles of organization, management and administration; and experience using computer and automation systems. GS-09 SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Must possess 24 months of specialized experience providing support in managing the Chemical, Biological and Nuclear (CBRN) program. The specialized experience must demonstrate your ability to plan, coordinate, train, and evaluate units and resolving substantive CBRN/HAZMAT issues; evaluate effectiveness of Ability to Survive and Operate (ATSO) tactics, techniques and procedures and disaster preparedness and response procedures; train and instruct readiness and emergency managers (EM) to ensure EM members understand how to perform their missions utilizing the newest technology and assigned equipment; and skill in oral and written communications to prepare and coordinate planning efforts and manage program activities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
