SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (AIRCRAFT) (TITLE 32)
MILITARY REQUIREMENTS:
Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement. This is an Excepted Service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard. Applicants who are not currently a member of the National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership. Selected candidate must be AFSC 2R0XX qualified within 12 months from date of appointment. Maximum Military Grade - CMSgt (E-9) Minimum Military Grade - SMSgt (E-8) Enlisted - AFSC 21AX, 2A5X1, 2A5X4, 2A6XX, 2A8X1, 2A8X1C, 2A8X1E, 2A8X2C, 2A8X2E, or 2R0XX Supervisor must verify that selected individual occupies a compatible military position. Technicians will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor or wage leader (grade inversion). GENERAL
Experience:
Experience, education or training which indicates you can reason in quantitative terms, can express yourself orally and in writing, and understand the terminology and data pertaining to the repair operations and processes characteristic of a production activity. GS-11 SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Must have 36 months of specialized experience performing or supervising an aircraft production control function such as planning, controlling, scheduling, and/or analysis of maintenance plans and flying schedules. The specialized experience must demonstrate knowledge of production control, and apply data or observations for workload planning and scheduling for an aircraft maintenance function. Individuals whose application for this position would result in a change to lower grade will be entitled to pay retention.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
