AIRCRAFT MECHANIC SUPERVISOR (TITLE 32)

MILITARY REQUIREMENTS:
Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement. This is an Excepted Service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard. Applicants who are not currently a member of the National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership. Selected candidate will be required to be in a compatible military assignment prior to effective date of placement. Selected candidate must be AFSC qualified within 12 months from date of appointment. Maximum Military Grade - SMSgt (E-8) Minimum Military Grade - TSgt (E-6) Enlisted - AFSC 2A3XX, 2A590, 2A5X1, 2A5X4, 2A6XX, 2A8X1, 2A8X2C, 2A8X1C, 2A8X1E or 2A8X2E Supervisor must verify that selected individual occupies a compatible military position. Technicians will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor or wage leader (grade inversion). GENERAL
Experience:
Must possess experience, education or training which demonstrates your ability to provide technical assistance and organize assignments for subordinates; estimate materials and manpower needed for specific jobs; read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics and technical publications; and maintain records and reports. WS-10 SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Must possess 36 months of specialized experience which demonstrates your ability to plan and organize work assignments directly or through one or more subordinate leaders and/or supervisors. Experience reviewing work requirements and establishing priorities to meet deadlines; knowledge of various lines of work performed by the function and associated support organizations and dealing effectively with other people. Experience supervising through subordinate supervisors, or the potential to perform such duties as evidenced by the ability to communicate, skill at applying human relations techniques, knowledge of general supervisory concepts, knowledge of shop processes; and adapt existing equipment and techniques to new situations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
