The intake has been flowed and port matched the heads.
The ignition is a DUI performance distributor with rev limiter.
Hooker headers and electronic exhaust cut-outs handle the exhaust.
This motor has been broken in on an engine dyno, making 511 hp and over 513 ft lbs.

A Zex nitrous plate system is installed on the car with a custom controller for added protection.
The nitrous system has never been charged.
The transmission is custom-built ,Pat Blais hemi-cased 727, with a Cheetah reverse manual valve body, turbo action trans brake, billet steel clutch drum and clutches, hemi input shaft and output shafts.
The car runs an A-1 built, 10 inch converter that stalls at around 4500 rpm.
An Inland Empire aluminum drive shaft rated at 900 HP sends power to a narrowed Strange 9-inch rear end, spinning a Yukon brand, Detroit style locker with 4.

The rear suspension is Art Morrison ladder bars with QA1 coil overs and custom frame connectors.
The brakes are power assisted, with a vacuum pump running Aerospace rear disk brakes and factory disks up front.

The interior sports a custom dash with Auto Meter gauges and laser engraved switches, new head liner, door panels, dash pad and a custom built roll bar.

This car was a complete rebuild with very few items from the original root beer brown Duster remaining and is a multi-state car show winner.
